Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations We ship to the Netherlands, across Europe, the United States, and selected regions worldwide.

Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Netherlands: 5–9 business days
• Europe: 6–12 business days
• United States & International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping is available on larger orders — the qualifying threshold will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
